DEVELOPING LOVE THROUGH REIKI

Reiki is a path to LOVE.  Learning Reiki is a journey of understanding the multi-faceted love

There are three levels of love – Self-Love, Soul Love, and Universal Love. Each level is attained and understood in a developmental process of life experience.

Start Your Journey of Love Through Self-Love

We learn how to develop our Self-Love in the First Degree Reki. During this level we are taught how to connect to our body and to ourselves. We go into a 21-Day Self-Healing to start our journey of love. This is our way of accepting that the way to heal others is to heal ourselves and the way to love others is to love ourselves. This is an act of humility.

Spending a 10 minute up to 30 minute or more of Self-Healing allows us to claim our sacred time and space amidst this  busy schedule of worldly tasks.  At first, it is hard for others to realize that there is a sacred time for each one of us. However, it is indeed possible to claim this time in the  1440 minutes of a day.  There is no reason that we can’t find a time.

Consistent Self-Healing develops our self-awareness. By laying our hands to each part of our body (representing the energy centers), we connect us to our body. We become sensitive which energy center and part of our body needs healing. We become sensitive to our own energy fields. We yearn to cleanse more and enhance more of our energy fields day by day.

The common question is “when do we stop healing ourselves?”   We never stop healing ourselves. After our first 21 Day of Self-Healing, we continue to do self-healing whenever we feel need it for the rest of our lives.  This is our energetic way of feeding our body and soul. Our goal is purification of our body and spirit to have a happy and joyful life on earth.

I look forward to my time of Self-Healing. I have a regular weekly Self-Healing combined with kotodama every Sunday. I also do it anytime I feel I need it, especially during those times when I can’t go back to bed. The practice really balances me.

To emphasize the need for Self-Healing to my students, I no longer give a certificate of Reiki First Degree unless one has completed the 21 day self-healing. The reason is to ensure that every student get it right, that first lesson of Reiki  is Self-Healing.

Heal Others - Level UP From Self-Love

On the Second Degree Reiki, we learn how to heal our emotions, mental and spiritual body. We also learn how to do distance healing. This is the door that opens us to the Soul-Love.

What is Soul-Love? 

Soul-Love is the stage of loving where we see our connectedness in thoughts, emotions, and spirit.  There is no separateness among creation.  There is no distance in existence. Soul love leads us to foster love for the humanity and for all creation.

In the Second Degree Reiki, we learn how to heal our thoughts, emotion and spirit through the use of Reiki symbols.  Symbols do not have the power, but they remind our sub-conscious mind to heal the beyond the physical body. Symbols are activators of the sub-conscious mind.

Thoughts and emotions are not bounded by our physical body. Our thoughts and emotions relate and connect to the other thoughts and emotions of any human being and other creation. When we clear our thoughts and emotions, we clear the thoughts and emotions of the others who are already open to healing, and more so, even affect the others who are not.

When we do distant healing for others, we are reminded that nothing in this world is separated. Distance is an illusion. Our deepest need is to overcome our separateness. Yet, in this oneness, we permit to be oneself.

When we continue to heal ourselves and others, we enhance our ability to love beyond ourselves. We do not only love our own nation but we love all. We not only love our own ideals and beliefs, but we respect and see the beauty in others. No judgment. We open our hearts to serve humanity. We develop our group love consciousness which is the characteristics of the Soul.   This is the Soul-Love.

Let us elevate our loving to Soul-Love! Let us remove our illusion of separation! Heal! Connect! Love!

Reach Out To Cosmic Love

Love in the Soul gradually develops from love of humanity into love universal or cosmic love – a love that expresses not only love of humanity, but also love of all forms of divine manifestation.  In this level of love, we are one with Divine Creation.

When we aspire to become Reiki Master-Teachers, we open our hearts to the Cosmic Love. We start our path to become co-creators of Spiritual Lights for everyone.

In the Third Degree Reiki, in teaching Reiki and in attuning others to become practitioners, we manifest love beyond humanity. We become Spiritual Teachers of Light. We ignite the light of the Soul in every attunement. We open the highest potentiality of every soul heal oneself and start the journey of Love. This is a very noble act and higher form of service. This is the Cosmic Love.

In the Cosmic Love, we become aware of Life as it is. We become more alive, knowing that there is no death in existence but a journey towards Light. We know our true nature as a Divine Being and our true task in the expanding Universe.

In the Cosmic Love, we work with the Devas, Angels, Ascended Masters, and other Light

Beings to create a better world for humanity. We are moved to work with the Spiritual Beings to create oneness and balance in the cosmos.

I love teaching Reiki. I love to see my students become Teachers of Light. I love to see how each Soul journey in this Path of Love. In this feeling of endless inner joy, I lift my deepest Gratitude.

Reiki and Money – Why Is There A Need For The Healing of The Money?

 ”The energy of money is coming to me -  wanting to speak and wanting to be understood.”

Last month, in our Esoteric Study Group, I shared the Spiritual Understanding on Money.  I believed the discussion created a deeper reflection on the use and healing of money in our times.  Another significant happening occurred when an aspiring student for angel work questioned and refused to give a fair energy exchange for my instruction. I ended up explaining the concept of fair energy exchange (fee).

This month during full moon, I am inspired to give the discourse:

What exactly is money?

Money is a tool of exchange for giving and receiving. 

A long time ago there was no money, but we used the barter system.  Money is a product of economic development to hasten and ease up the process of exchange of products and services. If we see the giving of money spiritually, then we shall understand that it is a form of giving and receiving. It is a form of fair energy exchange.

Money is a concretized etheric energy, a resource to be used in the physical world. In the original sense, it is neither negative nor positive.

The Stigma of Money

I grew up thinking that I couldn’t serve God if I am attached to money.  Partly, this is true, but partly not. The truth is we need money to be able to carry out our service to God at the present time.  We need money for transportation; we need money to eat; we need money to pay for our internet usage; we need money for teaching aids, and many other reasons.

The stigma about money has been brought through generations of wrong thinking that has been passed on up to the present time.  The use of money has been colored by wrong attitudes manifested by greed, by jealousy, by so much material desire, and by exploitation.  These wrong attitudes caused the economic exploitation and crisis. 

The pain and exploitation caused by this wrong attitude towards money became the reason for dis-association of money by many spiritual movements and practices. Many believe the quote that says, “money is the root of all evil”.  However, money is not the root of all evil, it is just a tool used in wrongdoings just like any other thing.  The root of the evil is our attachment to the pleasure of our lower self with the wrong thought about money.

Is There A Need To Heal Money?

There is a need to heal money.  Because of its misuse, there is already a karma attached to it. There is also a need to direct and attract the flow of money, money for good purposes. To heal the money is to continue its flow through giving and receiving.

How Do We Heal Money?

As Reiki practitioners, let us join the world group of servers and other “light workers” in healing money. There has already been energy attached to money for its long use in wrongdoings. The following are some of the ways in which the healing of money may be accomplished:

1.  Renew Our Positive Thoughts About Money

Let us see money as a concretized energy on the physical plane that is attracted like a magnet.  It is manifested because there is an attraction to the physical plane. See money as a tool for good works. It is a tool for balancing the giving and receiving. It is a tool for giving fair-energy-exchange.

It is an energy that comes from the Divine Source, one which we have to use in a righteous way.  This means we have to accept that there is a Divine energy in it.  Let us not condemn nor be disgusted with it

Let us use Reiki to heal the wrong concepts about money that we still have in our thoughts and emotions. Let us release all our negative understanding about money and see it as a positive concretized energy. It is a gift and a blessing. Always, remember that we are just custodians of money.  Money is not ours.

2.  Practice the Right Use of Money

The right use of money means using it to give an exchange for gifts that we receive. It also means attracting money for the right usage to serve, to provide for rightly needs or to create but not to accumulate and exploit.

There was a time when the concept of poverty and disowning material possession was a sign of detachment. It had served its purpose during that time to demonstrate detachment and to understand that the soul is important.  However, nowadays with the development of the consciousness of humanity, we now have the ability to direct our physical realities and actions with higher consciousness. The right use of money is one way we can use our higher consciousness.

Another way to apply the right use of money is to use it for any work related to spiritual purposes. All Light workers should consciously pray and visualize that the money will flow to all spiritual endeavors around the world.  Visualization can also be done by any group who are working together for such purposes.

Let us use Reiki to direct the flow of money for all our healing and spiritual work.  Let us use Reiki to visualize that the money is being directed to al spiritual endeavor around the world.

3.  Accept Money With Gratitude

This is related to the first step of renewing our concept on money. 

Reiki practitioners are sometimes uncomfortable in charging or giving fees as an exchanges for any work done for the spiritual teachings and healing. This is very common as tainted by the past curse on money.

Let us accept the money with gratitude, knowing that accepting the money and even charging money for our healing and spiritual work can allow us to stretch more our services. However, money should also not become the basis for us to work.  There are many forms of fair energy exchange.

Let us give thanks for the abundance through money.

4.  Heal and Bless The Money

This physicalized etheric energy called money always come a long way before it reaches our hands that blessing and healing is needed. The healing can be through uttering an affirmation and blessing that it may always be used for rightful purposes. With this act, we redeem the energy of money in its original state of divinity.

There are groups of world servers and light workers who are meditating to redeem the money and direct it to the spiritual purposes. Let us join this work. Together, as Reiki Practitioners, let us meditate to heal and bless the money that passes through our hands.

To practice the healing of money, I share here what I do.

I put all the money that comes to me on my altar to be blessed for the whole night. The following day, before I use it for any needs, I say this this:

                “  I give gratitude for this blessing of money. May this money be blessed. May it be free from all negativities. May it multiply a million times as I use it for the continuing fullness and prosperity of life.”

Addressing some the debts incurred in this lifetime, I also pray and visualize that money flows abundantly to fulfill all needs.

To ensure the rightful attitude towards money, after doing all my meditation in the morning, I say,

                “The Divine is the source of abundance. I am provided for all of my needs.  Money flows to me easily, continuously, and abundantly.”

I know, there will come a time when money will no longer be available in the physical plane but while it is still with us, let us continue to work for its redemption.

                Just for today,

                                I give thanks for the money that I have

                                I am happy with the money in my hands.

                Just for today,

                                I use it only for the rightful needs to enhance the spirit

                                I allow it to flow in a continuous cycle of love.

HEALING OURSELVES IS HEALING OUR LAND – For the Philippines

I am far from my home country, the Philippines. I missed being home. I miss holding healing-ritual for the country. I miss the group which we fondly called “Psychic Left”.

I do readings for the country but this time I haven’t done it for a long time. The reason is ,  I don’t want my emotion to be involved on any possible results. So, I just focused my energy in receiving insights on how to improve my beloved country using energy-light work.

I share here the inspirations that I receive from Archangel Gabriel, Archangel Michael and Archangel Chamuel.

Healing Ourselves is Healing Our Land

We have gone a long way on learning how to heal ourselves. This is now the time to actively apply the same healing principles into the healing of the land.  Applying the same Reiki Principle into the healing of the land is one way:

Just for today, I shall not be angry, I shall be at peace.

The time has come to foster national and racial forgiveness.  Looking into the human experiences of the Philippines, it has experienced a lot of pain. To transform this pain into an energy of change, the country needs to experience national forgiveness. It is only this way that full justice will be served.

The essense of justice is in God’s hands. God’s justice is the highest justice that one can have. It is different from human reasoning. Human justice may sometime take into vengeance. For human justice, the cruxification of the innocent Jesus is unjust, but to God the cruxification creates a balance on the karma of the humanity.

God’s justice moves us to continue to work for equality and harmlessness. It gives peace and consolation to the oppressed. How will we know that human justice is served and not God’s justice? Human justice brings continued anger, disunity, and disatisfastion. God’s justice brings inner peace amidst everything what the humanity may call a turmoil.

For the Philippines, who has a long struggle for justice, let it be known that justice is served in different ways, not always from the human ways but through the law of karma. The Law of Karma brings not compensation but balance.

To all who work for justice, let us not also forget to bring peace by encouraging those who have been abused and oppressed by giving forgiveness. Though hard, forgiveness brings the true liberation. Let no widow or orphan live with the thought that the whole life is unjust, nor even let them leave the earth with so much pain from endless grieving. No money can compensate the feeling of loss of love ones nor bring the departed ones back to life. To focus on the human way of justice alone is to bring life into a never ending cycle of pain and dissatisfaction. However, one should never be passive against injustices but also remember that spiritual justice is above all.

Justice is a continuous effort of the humanity as it goes with the evolution of consciousness. While working for justice, let no one be ruled by anger but by love.

Great Vision Comes With Gratitude

Just for today, I am grateful.

The law to individual is no different to the law of the country.

Blessings comes with gratitude. Though hard, the nation and those who are aware must express gratitude for the present moment. All the rulers that the country had manifested the energy of the nation and the consciousness of the majority of the people. There will never be a societal transformation until the humanity reached the higher level of spiritual development. There will never be economic upliftment until we realized the spiritual value of money, the law of exchange through giving and receiving. This is a reality for humanity.

Lifting the economic condition of individuals through right thinking over money can bring great relief. From the individuals, change can affect the country. Let everyone, remember that societal change goes with the evolution of consciousness i.e., spiritual development. The change is a journey of change.

Count every step of change that the Philippines had, big or small and thank the ones who had been the instruments for change. The transition towards a new ruler must come with a feeling of gratitude and acceptance. From this feeling and thought, the constructive actions and changes will come.

Right Speech for the Better Society

                Just for today, I am kind to all creation.

The call is kindness through words. Words are power.  Words are inner thoughts. Thought  is manifested through spoken words. In this light,  everyone is encouraged to use power of words to bring changes for the country. Refrain to utter words that bring anger. Rather than complaints and criticisms, use speech to speak of the envisioned change.

Engage in a group discussion of hope and aspirations. Group energy can manterialize a thought of change. A thought of change creates the physical change.

It is better not to engage in any debates of what is good and bad, nor listen to others’ argumentation. This only fires up egostistic feeling and never enlightens up the right mind.  Instead, engage in silence and listen to the inner voice.  Allow silence to lead one’s own mind and heart to the right motive and action for the country. For it is in silence that the Divine Spirit speaks. It is in silence that one can connect to the soul of the nation.

Group Prayers and Meditation, Sounding the OM

                

                    Just for today, I work hard.

Group prayers and meditation are the best way to connect to the soul of the nation.  This is the most powerful force that Lightworkers can do to bring physical and spiritual change for the country. Everyone is encouraged to organize themselves to meditate and pray together before the coming election.

Sounding the OM, chanting will release negative vibration on the field of the country and also highten the frequency of change. OM when sounded connects everyone to the Divine vibration. This brings unity and oneness.

Visualizing love for the country is very important. This will create peace within hearts and will ensure peace for all.  This can also negate any violence or chaos forming on the energy field coming from the negative thought of people. Love changes.

Work, Lift UP and Accept

                Just for today, I trust.

Allow God with His/Her  Angels to work for the country.  Everything is always changing, and so the country. The outcome of the coming election will be based on the consciousness of the people. Don’t let the emotions be attached to any outcome. Focus on acts that will uplift the spirituality and condition of the people. Focus on the change and allow the energy to move towards it.  Engaging in the endless dissatisfaction in life does not help but creates inner turmoil. Speak of the truth but never in anger.

Apply the principle of personal abundance to the abundance of the country.

Be grateful! Remember that abundance comes from God! Lastly, never forget that the Archangel of the Nation is ready to help when called.

                                Use silence.

                                Use kindness.

                                Meditate.

                                Visualize.
