On Doreen Virtue’s – New Life With Jesus

Finally, I found my time to write about Doreen Virtue. I watched the videos about her new life with Jesus last Monday – August Full Moon through one of my student-friends and fellow Lightworker. Like Doreen, I also prayed to God and Jesus to know if I should react and write or not. The message was that I should write for the benefit of my students who asked me, for those who follow Doreen and for other Lightworkers like myself.

Let me first tell you about myself. I call my work Cosmic Healing, as shown in my website naming myself as a Cosmic Healer (www.cosmichealer.net which is revisions at the moment). I practice and teach Reiki. I work with the Angels and also teach Angel Classes. I channel healing for the Earth, which I call Earth Intuitive Work, and recently I just got certified as a Fengshui Consultant. Among all these, I am an acupuncturist, practicing Chaka Acupuncture.

I grew up as a Catholic, literally in the church as – a child attending cathechism, a Student Catholic Action (SCA) member, a choir member, and a frequent visitor to Carmelite Nuns and Capuchin Seminaries. When I was in third year high school, I attended a Bible History and Facilitators’ Training together with the nuns, priests and theologians by being a part of Basic Christian Community Workers. I was the youngest in the class and was not supposed to be there, but because I was already present and it was not my fault to be there but due to some misunderstanding, I was accepted in the class. I was privileged to be taught by known theologians in our country, the Philippines.

From an early age, I have had a connection with God through the Catholic Church. I talked to Jesus, Mary, and the Saints. They appeared to me in dreams. I asked questions and they answered. I would have visions but I kept my experiences to myself, as I didn’t want anyone to doubt me.  I knew how some saints and seers suffered from persecution before being accepted. I didn’t want to go into such an ordeal at an early age.

I promised God that my life will always be according to the work of service for Him. Whatever work that I have done in my life is according to the revelation of how I would serve God. I became a social activist. I worked with the nuns and priests on socio-apostolate and had a wide exposure to serving people of different classes.

When people ask me what is my religion, I always say, “I am a Catholic, but I also practice what is good from other spiritual practices as I am beyond religion”. This means, I go to church every Sunday. I do my confessions and receive Holy Communion, I pray the rosary and read the bible. On the other hand, I also practice meditation and have been chanting “Om Mani Pad Me Hung” since I was eight years old. I practice yoga. I am an Esoteric Student who loves Jesus, Buddha, Yogananda, and all the spiritual teachers and saints.

I might be called an eclectic. Maybe, but this is because in my search for knowledge, Jesus led me to study and know God beyond religions. Maybe because "katholikos" means universal or whole or in general. At the age of 12 I wrote to my sister my childhood discovery that “all religions are one, and we are are praying to the same God.

KNOWING DOREEN VIRTUE

While Doreen Virtue has already been popular for decades, I only got to know her and her work in 2012. When we were preparing for the Angel-Reiki Retreat, one of my students asked me if I knew Doreen Virtue, and I said, “ No”. Since I was told that Doreen is a popular angel healer, I researched to know about her. I openly endorsed Doreen this year when she did her Angel Summit. I even thought of getting her courses but I realized it would be just getting her name more than the course since I am already teaching Angel Classes… so I did not pursue. I have nothing against her work; it is just that I want to learn more.

My Message for Doreen

For Doreen, I am so happy that you have found Jesus and are realizing more of His presence. I am happy that you are enjoying love and life in being with a church or organized religion. I am happy that you are living with your truth.
I know that by this time, a lot of people are happy for you, while others are confused and some have felt betrayed. We cannot deny that there are others who are so happy to use your pronouncement against the so called new age spirituality. My message concerns the confusion that your statement may have caused for your followers, and I hope that this message will guide you in amending some of your future statements, so as to avoid any such confusion.

There are several points that I wish to tell you:

First, organized religions are ways for people to know God. It is also an avenue where one experiences community and belongingness. Each religion has its own charism, attending to the needs of the congregation. Each religion depicts a level of consciousness of the people.

The problem with organized religion arises when a church creates a dogma that is meant to preserve a status of dominance over the people or against other religions. In this case, the religion acts as an institution rather than an avenue for spirituality.

The truth is that when one really seeks God through a religion, one will find LOVE and realizes that God is beyond each religion. God is above all religions, and therefore is not confined by any religion.  We are all familiar with the saying that “Christ did not form Christianity nor Buddha Buddhism.” It is the need of man to be together and to form unity, which created the religions.

Your act Doreen of going into an organized religion is an act of finding a belongingness. This is like a  person who never experienced a community during childhood and then found it later in life. There is nothing wrong with this. Perhaps this is what you need now. What seems to be not right is your comparing your newly found church to others, by saying that 85%-90% of truth and openness is found in your church. Even though you said that this is your personal experience,  you are influencing or affecting others by saying it in your weekly broadcast. Your weekly broadcast is meant to influence others. This is where the fundamentalism comes in, where one finds oneself comparing and competing with others on righteousness about the Kingdom of God. Fundamentalism in the church also condemns others who belong to other religions and those who do not have one.

Please remember that God is beyond and above all religions. One can also found the 85-90% of happiness and openness in other churches, or within or without religion. I have worked with indigenous people and have found the purest hearts and strongest examples of faith in God among them, without a religion or a church. God is universal and is not confined to any religions.

Are you now trying to promote God and spirituality within the structure of a church or you still believe in the universality of God? What ever your decision is okay. You just need to be clear with yourself and not be an instrument to attack others.

Second, Jesus is above all religions. I know you are so happy finding Jesus more with the help of your new church. I am also happy for you.  However, please know that knowing Jesus is not confined to any one religion or specific church. Jesus appears to believers and non-believers. I can give you documented cases if you need them. Jesus is also in the Quran.

Please do not go into claiming how to call the ‘real’ Jesus as if others are not calling the real one. If you continue to do this – differentiating your way of calling Jesus to others will find yourself enveloped with fear and defensiveness which is not love.  As the Bible says, the tree is known by its fruit.

Our heart knows how to call Jesus. Calling Jesus is not based on sweet, identifying words but through the heart.  Our acts will show it. I know, you said something about other entities appearing as a false Jesus. In reality, false Jesus can only be known by the message that we receive and act upon. Jesus’ message is always about unconditional love and not fostering fear or guilt. His message has an authority yet not commanding. His message gives us free-will and not blind obedience.

Third, I saw that you have a new book with the word “the real path or the real way”.  Have you been in the wrong way? Have you taught others on how to be in the wrong way? If you believe that you have put others in the wrong path, as you are now denouncing your previous work, then you have done them wrong. You owe them apologies. Maybe you should contact each one directly and give a refund to those you certified. It is not really wise to announce first to social media rather than to people who have worked with you.

Do you know the middle way? Do you now join the competition of  “which is real right way”? Will you be busy like other fundamentalist-conservative churches labeling others who do not join you as those who follow the wrong path? Please remember that unconditional love does not foster judgment. Let us not use words that divide us from others. Let us not use words that put us into self-righteousness above others.

Fourth, I understand you are giving up mediumship, tarot cards, and your beliefs with ascended masters and fairies. As you said, it is because these teachings and practices are not in the Bible or are  against Biblical teachings.  Please remember that Bible is just one of the many spiritual books and references. Let us not confine God into one book, as God speaks in many ways and many forms. It does not mean that if one practices something that is not in the Bible that it is wrong or devilish.

The Bible is a historical, symbolic, and spiritual book. This means we have to contextualize everything that is written in the bible with the awakened mind. Again, we go back to the writing that says that the “tree is known by its fruit”.  Anything that heals and bring people closer to God cannot be a work of evil. There are Truths that are not written in the Bible or should I say have been deleted from the Bible.

Spaniards used Christianity and the Bible to colonize our country (Philippines) for 300 years. The Jones Cult in Guyana used it to massacre people. Anyone can always use the Bible in different ways. Let us use it to foster understanding and not to judge other practices which bring healing and God into our lives.

On your Angel Cards: You said that your Angel Tarot Cards will still be available in Hay House until next year. You also said, that you shall not be getting proceeds from them and everything will go to fund your favorite charity. Why wait for another year to phase it out when you no longer endorse them? Let your present truth be your deciding factor not money. Money is energy. Why will you give money drawn from something that you no longer believe in to your beloved charity? Is this an act of love or a double-edged act?

Using Cards on reading: Not using Tarot Cards yet using other cards to do your reading may confuse people. This is because all cards used for guidance use the same principle of using the cards as a tool for intuition. Did you find using cards in the bible? Using cards and using Tarot cards are of the same principle. Why accept the other plain cards and denounce the tarot cards? At one point, you were trying to merge Angel Cards and Tarot Cards which is really a confusion. Now you are trying to get away from Tarot because it is not in the Bible and use non-Tarot cards. I really pray that you settle your mind and decide based on your real truth and higher guidance. I know that you made different cards based on what is closer to the hearts of the wide spiritual community that you belonged to before. Now, you are denouncing Tarot Cards and other cards you have made before because these are not accepted by your church. I understand public denouncement is a must because you are a public figure.

On Pagan Gods:  You said, that you no longer worship Pagan Gods but only God and Jesus. I am really sad with this pronouncement I can understand you but it is sad to know the nature of beliefs that you have had before. This is like repeating the conflicts that only lower human minds made – a fight between the God of Christians and non-Christians. Don’t you remember that different Pagan Gods are just the attributes of one God?

The truth is you can always stop any practice silently without a public announcement. You can stop using tarot cards, mediumship, and association to Pagan Gods silently as this is your personal decision. This silent phase out will prevent you from hurting other people who do not resonate with you but are also in spiritual journey like you. This will also stop you from being used by fundamentalist-conservative churches to attack other forms of spirituality.

Sixth, remember that organized religion is divided into conservative and progressive ones. I worked in the church for a long time. I have taught Reiki and have been a psychic consult to the progressive wing of the church. I pray for your journey.

For my students and other Lightworkers, the message is simple:

Let us accept ourselves. Know our TRUTH!

Let us accept and respect Doreen’s journey. Let us accept her difference. I wrote this to answer some questions that are directed to me and clarify things as a teacher.

While we all have human teachers, let us continue to seek our connection to the Divine Guidance in our own way. There is no right or wrong way in Love and Service. The tree is known by its fruit.

Pray for your teachers and colleagues in work. Love and protect one another.

MAY I BE FILLED LOVING KINDNESS
MAY I BE WELL, MAY I BE PEACEFUL AND EASE
MAY I BE HAPPY

MAY YOU BE FILLED LOVING KINDNESS
MAY YOU BE WELL, MAY I BE PEACEFUL AND EASE
MAY YOU BE HAPPY

MAY WE BE FILLED LOVING KINDNESS
MAY WE BE WELL, MAY I BE PEACEFUL AND EASE
MAY WE BE HAPPY

Love and Lights,

Aisa

MY REIKI STORY

A lot of people are asking me about Reiki Teachers who had studied with me. So, I thought of introducing them on my one by one on my blog. Let me start with myself. :-)

How Did I Become Reiki A Practitioner?

Like many others, my Reiki Journey is an unfolding life experience. Reiki came to me in search for a name that I can call the kind of healing that I do. At first, I thought that I will just use Reiki to name my healing practice. I thought I knew everything in healing before I studied it. But NO - Reiki is more than a name. Reiki is a gift that surprises me every day. It expanded and developed my own way of healing into a higher level of service.

My Own Healing Before Reiki

My early exposure to meditation, faith-healing and paranormal phenomenon led me to hands-on healing at the age of 12 when my mother was diagnosed with breast cancer. To ease her pain, she would ask me to lay my hands on her chest and stomach. She believed that I was gifted and would be a healer as told by many faith-healers and psychics that she consulted.

As a child, I remember being told that dwarfs and fairies were fond of me. Each of the “albolaryo” (faith or folk healers) that my mother met said that they would train me when I grow up. Only one did. He was the father of my Godmother, and he gave me a few lessons before he died when I was 8 years old.  Since then, I just knew I could heal.

I was a voracious reader. At 12, I had read the four volumes of medical encyclopedia, world history, spiritual writings, Bible-New Testament, Lives of Saints, and many psychic books. All these made me a dreamer. I dreamed of Jesus, Mary and different saints. I dreamed of past and future events.

I started to come out as a healer and psychic in 1998. Attending the seminars of Jimmy Licauco (where we all started) made me feel comfortable to accept the gifts in public.  Yehey! But my dilemma was I did not want to be called a faith-healer nor an albolaryo. So, I prayed to God to give me the name and God introduced me to - RIEKI.

Opening the Path to Reiki

I came across the name Reiki when one of the members of my ECOFEMINISM yahoo group said that she was a Reiki Practitioner. Curious about Reiki, I searched for the meaning of Reiki and EUREKA – it fitted my own way of healing. I prayed to God and asked that I might be a given a teacher of Reiki who would teach me at an affordable cost.

In 2004, I studied Reiki First Degree under Master Jo Bilasano through the scholarship of former Senator Jamby Madrigal. (Thank you, Senator! I wish I can give something back to you.)

Reiki had taught me humility. I thought I knew everything since I was already healing through my hands. I thought I didn’t need a teacher since I connect directly to God. The truth is that a human teacher is our Guide, and as a human, we all hunger for more lessons on healing.

Wanting for more learning, I attained my Reiki Second Degree in 2005 from two schools – still with AWHAI under Master Jo Bilasano and Tripitaka Healing Centre with Master Ghie and Margie Santos.

Guided To Be A Teacher

My heart was screaming in 2006; I wanted to be a Reiki-Teacher. Again, I prayed to God that I may be given a Reiki Teacher who would see that I have a gift to teach at an affordable cost to me.  As always, God answered. In November 2006, I met a couple who asked me to visit their home for healing. After the healing session, they asked me about my level of Reiki practice and if I wanted to be a Reiki Teacher. Seeing my passion for healing, the couple offered to attune me to be at the Reiki Master Level.  I felt so high in the Spirit of God. I felt I was on the right path.

In January, 2007, I was attuned to be a Reiki Teacher by Masters Ghie and Malou Cordero – both independent Reiki Teachers who had just come home to the country from London. Since then, my life has indeed become a spiritual work and full of healing. It has become a process of knowing more about life and my nature as a creation of God.

Cosmic Healing

Since, 2007 I have been fulltime in healing and teaching Reiki, and offering psychic and spiritual courses. This is my unfolding path, my path to self and life discovery. This discovery unfolds as I go into this world of service.

                                                        2009 Reiki in Davao

Reiki led me to take my healing into what I call now my Cosmic Work which is expressed through Reiki, Earth-Healing, and Angel Light work.

The people that I meet in the path are all my teachers. My own family is my solid foundation on Earth to be able to be of service.

Thanks be to God for life and Creation!

Just for today, I am at peace.
Just for today, I trust.
Just for today, I am grateful
Just for today, I work joyfully
Just for today, I am Love.

Transformational Crisis and Reiki

A patient of mine inspired me to write on depression and anxiety which I usually call a Transformational Crisis.  I have written something about depression in the past, but this time I want to share a part of my lecture on “The Soul In Trauma.

According to the statistics of Health Line, 1 out 10 Americans are affected by depression. On a wider scale, there are 121M people around the world that suffer from the condition. The age varies from 45 to 65 years old. However there is a rising number among teenagers nowadays.  Depression is often treated with structured psychotherapy and anti-depressant medication.

As a Reiki practitioner, I see depression beyond the symptoms of the physical body. I see it as a symptom of a soul in crisis.  The soul in crisis wants a change. Crisis is always a way to transcend. Everything in the break of a change experiences crisis. I like the definition of depression by Maureen Roberts, PhD, a soul-centered psychiatric therapist which says

“depression is not primarily another word for unhappiness; nor is it mental illness. It is, rather, in many instances a response to a loss of soul.”
She even continued to saying that
"there is a soullessness of the biological model which continues to treat depression as a biological illness that can be band-aided with damaging drugs."

Depression, as the modern man termed it, is not a biological or physical condition, rather it is a soul state.  Emotions are not in the physical body but in the emotional body or astral body which is a part of the multi-dimensional facets of a human body. Yes, there is a physical manifestation but it does not mean that the cause and the solution is there. The solution is a SOUL-UTION!

DEPRESSION IS A TRANSFORMATIONAL CRISIS

I always joke with my clients and patients about depression. I tell them not to worry about being so down, as there is nowhere to go when you have reached the ground but to go up. If only the depressed ones can be assisted to understand the message of their depression, then their lives will really be moving towards transformation.

What can trigger this Transformational Crisis?

There are many things that can trigger transformational crisis.  Causes are always a call to look into a higher meaning of life.  The causes are:

            1.  Life experiences such as death, disease, accident, childbirth, miscarriage or abortion, loss of work
            2.  Stress or extreme physical exertion or prolonged lack of sleep
            3.  Spiritual emergencies from different spiritual practices.

The latter can happen when an individual had a profound spiritual experiences beyond his/her intellectual and social acceptance. The person is placed in a deep soul search whether to accept or deny the experience. There are some instances in which a spiritual emergency can be a megalomaniac crisis, where an individual may have thought that he/she is a messianic figure who is ready to serve the world in a self-serving way, just like what had happened to some of the cult-churches where the leader led the people into mass suicides and physical and sexual abuses under the name of God.

What can be the possible outcome of Transformational Crisis?

The process of transformation can be short or longer depending on the awareness of the person undergoing the transformation. A harmonious inner awakening is characterized by a sense of inner joy and illumination that brings a person to find the meaning and purpose of life. The inner awakening brings inner peace and security to the unknown. Amidst a problem, the person is hopeful and gains clarity over the solution of a problem. There is a change in perspective. There is an overwhelming feeling of love for self and others.

However, depending on the external support and level of inner resources, an individual can also be led to unstable condition.

What are the conditions that determine the outcome?

The possible outcome is determined by the connectedness of the individual to the Higher Spirit. We may call it spirituality, or consciousness.

The influx of the awareness comes from the inner knowing that there is Higher Guidance for all things on earth. This entails that the soul-ution for the depression is a spiritual process.

I encourage parents to raise children with a form of spiritual practice whether it is with a church or family rituals. The spiritual practice helps an individual to cling into a Divine Guidance during deep crisis. Then, the spiritual transformation will be easier to take its process.

What are the possible outcomes of the Transformational Crisis?

           1.  The individual’s life is transformed. This happens when the inner resources or the energy of Self is strong enough for a person to achieve a higher understanding of what is happening on his/her own life and soul. There is a higher personality integration. The spiritual energy is strong and is easily understood by the individual.

            2.  The individual’s life is not yet transformed but is moving forward as long as the energy of the Soul/Self is felt. Here, the person is less active and a passive on-looker of what may happen in his/her life. The person in this state needs a lot of help from the environment. The person is in a state of discernment whether to make the changes or not. The pull of the social acceptance is sometimes so strong yet there is an influx of spiritual awareness.

            3.  Obstacles and life issues hamper the transformation.  This can happen when the individual has been at a loss in the contact of his/her soul for a long period of time, due to trauma and hard experiences of life starting from childhood. This is an individual who may have been in a mental institution for a long period of time.

MORE CRISIS DURING THE TRANSFORMATION CRISIS

During the transformation, the crisis can intensify and can manifest as an intense emotion, visions, unusual thought processes, and other physical symptoms such as nervousness, tremors, or feelings of suffocation. Sometimes, a powerful emotional experience can also happen during the transformation – such as loss of relationship, death, or a series of failures or losses which can really shake the inner resource of the individual. This can be seen as a series of ‘bad luck’ events.

It is during these intense emotional experiences that an individual can:

            1.  be disturbed by a change in his inner life
            2.  begin to inquire about the origin and purpose of life
            3.  have a moral crisis if there is an emerging belief that contradicts his/her past beliefs and experiences.

There are times when an individual cannot really assimilate the intense flow of energy and higher awareness. This can happen when the intellect of an individual in not fully developed, the emotions and imaginations are uncontrollable, and the onrush of the spiritual energy is overwhelming.

When the mind is unable to stand the illumination or has a tendency to self-centeredness or conceit – the experience tends to be wrongly interpreted.

COMING OF THE TRANSMUTATION STAGE

Just like the praying of Jesus in Gethsemane, after acceptance of the SOUL transformation, a transfiguration can happen.

The individual may be able to pass the self-integration stage and to open oneself to transformation.  This is the stage of Transmutation. A new personality has emerged.

In this stage, there is an active removal of obstacles. An individual can develop higher functions. There is a deeper understanding of the spiritual self.

BREAKDOWN TO BREAKTHROUGH

The world is in a fast evolutionary process. Children are being born with different kinds of intellect and higher functions. This is our time to understand human beings and our reality in a multi-faceted ways.

Let us help save the world and our brothers and sisters in crisis. The next time you see a medically diagnosed individual with anxiety, depression, autism, ADHD and others, give them a wider understanding of life. Refer them to a shaman, a spiritual healer, a reiki healer and/or a holistic practitioner. Medication is only needed when there is a serious physical threat that and in cases where an individual needs to be restrained.

What is our role as Reiki Practitioners?

Our most important task is to give the people in crises a positive context for their experiences and sufficient information about the process that they are undergoing through.  It is essential that they move away from the concept of disease and recognize the healing nature of their crisis.

The following are our specific tasks:

1.     Enlighten the individual as to what is really going on within him, and help him to find the right attitude to take.
2.    Teach the individual on how to use skillfully the will to control and direct the drives emerging from the unconscious, without repressing them through fear or condemnation. Affirmations and prayers help to strengthen the will.
3.    Teach the individual of how to manage and transform sexual and aggressive energies. Affirmations, prayers, and guided breathing meditation help. I do not recommend meditating alone and even doing complex meditation, as these might trigger more vision that one may not be able handle.
4.    Help the individual to recognizing different thoughts and emotions that are coming  - the Divine communications and one’s own thought and emotional processes. Divine speaks with love and security. Lower ego comes with fear and self-imposed power.
5.    Help the individual to express the overwhelming love within through service.
6.    When ready, guide the individual to understand his/her own life and personality to gain clarity on which path to take.
7.  Regular Reiki sessions are needed to create balance.  In my experience, it takes 3 months for the full integration and healing to happen. Each healing varies on each individual.

There is so much beauty in life, and life is communicating to us to rock our comfort for a change.

Madness is not always madness .
Psychosis is not always a breakdown
But it can also be a breakthrough.

Love and Lights,

Aisa

REIKI SELF-RETREAT

I always start the year with a retreat. It is my way of renewing my inner connection to the Divine Source and to remain centered spiritually.

Reiki Self-Retreat is my tool of reviewing my past year and setting my goals for the New Year. It is also my avenue to do my own inner space clearing and divination.

Here are some ways on how one can do the Reiki Self-Retreat.

1.  Set your sacred time and space.

You can leave your house or go somewhere else   for your personal retreat. When I was in the Philippines, I used to go to Baguio for my personal retreat. Now that I am here in Tortola, I hold it in our wellness centre. I tell my family that I am going to be in silence for a day, so no one can bother me.  Once my husband and I went to a retreat house and occupied two separate rooms for our own personal retreats. We really had a good experience of sharing our sharing our sacred moment yet having our own individual sacred space.

The key is set the date and your space.

2. Know what you want and create the flow of your personal retreat.

Know what you want to achieve in your personal retreat. You might want to do some inner clearing through self-healing or meditation. Or you might want to do a reflection, pray, or do a goal setting. Or you might want to combine all of the above.

My personal retreat is a combination of all. I usually do my inner clearing in the morning and the reflection, then the divination and goal setting in the afternoon all through night. It is important that you write your own program as your guide.

3.  Prepare your materials.

Once you have created the flow of your retreat, you may now know what you need. You may prepare to bring your pens, papers, drawing materials, bible or other spiritual texts, incense, flowers, crystals and any other things that can enhance your personal connection to the Divine.

I love to bring my favorite crystal, rosary, God or Goddess statue, and my Divination tools (runes, angel tools, cards, etc.)

4.  Other tips

Prepare to eat light during the retreat. If you can fast, do it so. Or you can also be in a vegetarian meal.  Eating light food with good energy helps the physical body to adjust to a long hours of meditation and prayers.  This is also a way of detoxification. I sometimes do mono-fruit diet or just water.

Here is the sample of one of my personal retreat:

Morning:

9:00 – 9:30 – Clearing the Space / Setting the space
9:30 – 10:00 - Opening the Body - Yoga Exercises or Qigong
10:00 -10:30 - Chanting Sacred Sounds
10:30 -12:00 - Reiki Self-Healing/Kotodama/Hat-su-rei-ho/ Light Body Meditation

12:00 - 1:30 - Break
1:30   - 2:00 - Gassho Meditation
2:00 -   3:00 - Backward Review of my past Year
                       Reflection/ Gratitude Exercises/ Prayer
3:00 -    3:30 - Rest
3:30 -   4:00   - Visioning for the Year
                         Prayer of Guidance
4:00 - 5:00   -   Self-Divination/ Receiving Messages from the Divine/ Closing Prayer

Self-Retreat is my Food for my Soul. I can’t do without this seasonal retreat.

I hope this helps for the new retreatants.

Love and Lights!
